Validation stickers used at Mac (Alex Matan)

At Mac they use a validation sticker issued by the HSR (equivalent of GRT). Distribution may be an issue, given that UW doesn't mail out anything anymore, so that first ride to school in the term is going to cost you, but the return trip will be free.
