Obviously there are a few items to be considered here. I wasn't there, so I don't know if the patio was open, although it being New Year's Eve I have my doubts, what with this being Ontario and all. Also, whether the upper floor capacity was able to be used in the total seems to be doubted by Rob. So if they could only use the high 700 number that Rob recalls, and the Feds have claimed either 800 or approx 1,000 patrons were present, this would contradict their claim that there was no overcrowding that evening. Anyone have more firm information than Rob's memory?
