Well, I'm not arguing that there's no connection between drinking and fighting. Obviously there is (at least to me)... the question is where this becomes the responsibility of the entity that served the alcohol. I'm sure there's a fairly substantial body of law on that topic, and it probably revolves around what procedures are in place, and whether they meet society's criteria, and then, whether those procedures were actually followed or not.

If you read my post again you'll see that I'm not disputing anythingn you say. I'm disputing that there's a reasonable basis to claim that the Feds had any LEGAL responsibility in what went on outside.

And BTW you can't add me to your ignore list because I post anonymously ;-)
