| So 12:30 a.m. was "a time of sub-degree temperatures." Would anyone care to elaborate on what exactly constitutes a "sub-degree" temperature? Maybe this is a usage with which I am not familiar, but I'm guessing that what they meant to say was "sub-zero" temperatures. [ Parent ]
