Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't 547 Arts students vote in the referendum? 358 + 176 + 13 = 547.

547 / 5237 eligible voters = 10.4% turnout.

Does that make it a binding result? Or did the Yes side have to get 7% of all Arts students to vote for it.
