Capital expenditure may be funded by student fee
Authored by: Ryan on Saturday, June 26 2004 @ 09:44 AM CDT

The story from last July (Universities propose swipe system on buses 31 Jul 2003) says that the estimated cost of implementing the proposal at that time was $1.50 per student. While there are other possible sources they may look to a student fee for funding.

If there were such a fee the fee would go to the cost of swipe equipment and not necessarily GRT revenue. So, you could be paying for something you don't use.

¿Can you uws'ers look into this for me?
