Many, many students wouldn't take the bus no matter how convenient or cheap it was. Why? They live close enough and don't need to use it. Or they already have cars and greatly prefer using them, even if they do have to pay for parking.
Let's not get into this quagmire again. Students have enough damn fees without adding one more of questionable merit.[ Parent ]
