Broken Promise?

Why not wait until the commission, headed by Comrade Rae, has submitted its report and then talk about it? Why waste time and money trying to find solutions while the committee is still going on? Wasn't it created to find solutions? Wait for their submissions and then try to come up with ideas. Talking about it now is meaningless because things might change once the report is submitted...or the commission itself is meaningless...one or the other.
