It is a donation because the FedS cover the costs of opening Fed Hall. It is not just a matter of unlocking the door, there are costs and when the FedS allow a club to book the Hall at a reduced rate, the difference between the actual cost and the reduced fee paid by the club is a donation.
Make no mistake about it, the FedS have been subsidizing and donating to ESA as long as ESA has been using their services (including Fed Hall). And it has been considerably more than $50.[ Parent ]
