Simplistic reasoning

First off, has it occurred to you that Fed Hall might have to pay a little more than the salary of one guy for being open? (Hint: electricity cost, liability insurance, clean-up, etc.)

Anyway, who cares whether it costs them that much? That's the rate they've set for the world at large, and if it's inflated it's inflated.

If I steal a shirt from The Gap which cost $20, the judge will fine me for $20, even if the shirt cost The Gap $0.50 to make and ship over to Canada.
