JShelley, please identify the 'numerous olive branches' that have been offered to the ESA, other than the term-long suspension...

I firmly believe that both parties involved in this dispute have been making many allegations of the other party's wrongdoing, but I have not noticed any ostensible signs of olive branches being given to either party. In Sunday's council meeting, the ESA appeared very willing to drop all of its prior allegations against the Feds and move forwards. This may have been the only olive branch that has exchanged hands recently...
