I posted the parent thread that stated the breakdown of the attendance at ESA's monday night events. I am currently the Secretary of ESA and can validate the authenticity of these numbers. My apologies for not being forth-coming with this information.

Why all the fuss about UW/non-UW students? Who cares? If a club wants to invite all of their friends out to each event it holds, what's the problem? The club would undoubtedly continue to operate even if these friends didn't tag along (unless there were only literally 7 UW students in the club - this is clearly not the case for ESA).

In addition, I did not intend to claim that everyone at ESA events are either (a) college or university students in UW or (b) UW alumni. There is certainly a percentage (exact value unknown) of people that attend the event that are simply members of the community. Again I ask the question: What is the problem with this?
