Jacob,

I still may not fully agree with the way you put Embassy and Elevation in the same category, but I do recognize your point that "Elevation" used to be "Embassy's Sunday morning service". I believe that today, there is much more significance between Embassy and Elevation than ever before. Elevation has hired a full time pastor (George Werner), and has been meeting off-campus for over a year now. This is why I submit that Elevation and Embassy are, at the very least, becoming separate entities (though they share a similar past).

With regards to ESA controlling Embassy, it is a matter of desire. If the ESA executive is happy with the way everything is currently running, then there really isn't a need to handle the sort of conflict you are suggesting. If the ESA for some reason wanted to move Embassy to Tuesday nights (for presumably a very legitimate reason), I would suggest that this sort of decision could be made by the ESA. The ESA may choose to seek Brandon's input on the matter, but if they want to do that, is it wrong? You may not believe that these sort of paradigm shifts are beginning to occur, but I would suggest that they are. Regardless, it is up to the ESA whether or not they choose to agree with Brandon.

-Dan
