| It is hard to discern the exact numbers at Fed. Hall on monday nights. They fluctuate alot. I do know that on sept 27 540 people were counted. The next day 140 UW students signed letters asking ESA to be reinstated. This means that there were at least 140 UW students there on Sept 27. Presumably there were many more, due to political apathy, not everyone who was there would have showed up the next day to write a letter. Clip boards are sent around and traditionally about 250-300 UW students sign the clipboard. Presumably not every UW student even bothers to sign a clip board either, but it takes less work than showing up the next day to write a letter, so more people bother to sign the clipboard.
