Dan is right. I was there the day they did that poll. It was two summers ago. Of course the UW numbers were down during exam time. Also, not all UW students carry watcards with them at all times (I, for one, don't). Moreover, Rick Theis, the clubs director, said in the Imprint that his number for that night was 33%, which is still much higher than your suggestion.
Every september ESA passes clipboards around, and the numbers are constantly around 250-300. That is about 50%. [ Parent ]
