aljazeerah.info: The Dr. Elmasry Show: please change the channel

What exactly is this web site? I can't quite figure it out. The Al Jazeerah channel's page is, as far as I know, aljazeerah.net (or english.aljazeerah.net for the English version). aljazeerah.info describes itself as a "US Independent News Publication," and their style seems very amateurish to me. Is there any relation to the channel? And what is its target audience, since the author of that masterpiece seems to be assuming that everyone knows what s/he is referring to?
