Are you sure you're not biased?

I couldn't find the press release on the CIC site when I looked for it when writing the article. This is puzzling, as it is prominently displayed now.

My guess is that they either took a bit of time updating their site, or that I had a cached copy.

And as for your question, well, I'm not sure I'm not biased, but nor am I sure which way I might be biased if I were. :)
