I think the "it's all right" thing was very crucial in this entire issue. I remember on teh TV show they were initially arguing who is completely innocent and not completely innocent. It's all right to kill and it's all right to kill combatant because there was a war are two different ideas to me. The former sounds extreme, the latter, I wish this does not happen, but is at least reasonable to me...
In this issue a lot of people was more worried about "standing on the correct side of issue" (quoting from a friend who I do agree) than anything else.. including giving more benefit of doubt and following the context of the statement and the logics behind it, which indeed saddens me.[ Parent ]
