Yeh.
According to the Geneva conventions, a lot of what the US does is a war crime. Which is precisely why the US doesn't want to join the International Court of Justice. It is not about their soldiers being judges out of US jurisdiction. Its about not starting off an investigation, trial of numerous soldiers and a general condemnation of US activites for the past 50 years.[ Parent ]
