Where do those people get this thought from?
I don't think Dr. Elmasry ever stated or expressed that he thinks it's all right to kill off all adult Israelis...

He stated that there was no such thing as an Israeli civilian over the age of 18. He then stated that any Israeli civilian over the age of 18 is a legitimate target.
