It's too bad that information like this is only mass marketed whenever someone raises the issue of a referendum on the fee.
I'm sure if WPIRG worked this hard throughout the year (when a referendum wasn't proposed) to get its message out, perhaps we wouldn't be having this debate every couple of years.[ Parent ]
