I don't understand how Judaism can be considered a "race"

If you don't think that racism applies to Judaism then it is fine to use another term for discrimination based on culture/ethnicity/religion, the term Racism is often (although incorrectly) applied to other forms of discrimination by a wide variety of organizations (including the governmental campaign against discrimination).

The real point is that WPIRG believes that you can't discriminate against Jews, which is completely and absolutely ridiculous. All Colan is looking for (I believe) is the simple protection offered under the Charter to apply to a group that theoretically fights against social injustice. Namely:

15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

The fact that WPIRG funded a blatantly discriminatory speaker is a problem. This is not to say that we should censor who speaks, but there are better alternatives to positively discuss an issue then by simply dehumanizing an entire segment of the population. There are plenty of quality speakers who can discuss politics in that volatile region without demonizing one side or another as a group.

Who are you speaking for here?

I believe he is speaking for himself, just like almost every other person who posts here.
