I don't know enough to say whether this is a correct synopsis of WPIRG's views. I would find it very difficult to believe that their position against racism does not include a position against anti-Semitism.

I agree. Either way, I think that Jewish people would be included in WPIRG's anti-discrimination mandate under "all forms of oppression," "cultural heritage/ethnicity," and "religion."

Whether or not "racism" applies seems moot, since WPIRG would seem to include discrimination against Jewish people elsewhere. And the mandate doesn't say anything about privilege or power - theoretically, WPIRG is as much against discrimination against upper-class Jewish - or European, for that matter - people (The Man, as it were) as anyone else (though I have no idea how that plays out in practice).

Just a question -
Is Judaism a "race"? Why is it important that it be considered one?
