First of all, The "disgruntled" employees are "disgruntled" for a reason. You haven't worked there long enough to catch on to it yet. But you wait. It will happen. That is if the bars don't lose their license again first.
Secondly, Matt left Fed Hall because he was working 3 other jobs while being a full time student. He RAN that bar when our new manager came because the new guy was a useless twit and couldn't/wouldn't do anything. That's a lot of pressure on people.
Thirdly, It is obvious that those "former" staff are upset with the way we were treated at Fed, certainly 'disgruntled' is a good choice of wording. However, how can you say that Matt is also disgruntled? You don't know why he left. You don't even know him. So before you say things you don't know anything about, talk to Matt himself and get the story from him. All you're getting at Fed is Cake's side.[ Parent ]
