I also overheard from reliable sources (some girls who have dated Cake) that apparently he has this completely bent penis because he cheated on one of his gfs a few years ago and she found out about it. The next time she gave him head she almost bit the whole thing off and he had to go to the hospital. Since then he can't get very hard and it's really bent.
