Here are a few

1. A club doesn't get the chance to defend itself before being put on probation. Now, being put on probation freezes the bank account of the clubs, which effectively freezes most clubs activities. This is hardly fair.

2. In clubs procedure I.1.c, what does "rectify probation status" mean, exactly? Policy needs to be more specific.

3. I mentioned that the club execs must first spend money from their pockets, then bring the receipts to Feds in order claim a cheque from their clubs account. The Feds have the right not to issue the cheque at any time, in the name of preventing fraud.

4. ESA's "suspension" is unprecedented. It's not in the clubs policy. This worries me. What's to prevent another club from being "suspended" indefinitely? Either the Feds should not be allowed to issue "suspensions", or it should detail what a suspension is.

These are but a few holes in policy that came to bite clubs this past year. I have no doubt there are lots of other holes out there.
