There have been more than five complaints...

The Imprint story on the matter mentions twelve, and there have been more published since. (What are we up to now? Seventeen?)

I think your idea about non-anonymous alligations has merit. The real question is though, will that reduce the number of stupid alligations or merely introduce another element of chaos?
