Ummm... What percentage of students actually voted on paper, rather than electronically? Obviously you can't recount electronic votes...

So that leaves a small number of paper votes, and I'm sure they didn't count like 60 of those incorrectly. I'm guessing for that VP position, maybe only a couple hundred paper ballots were actually cast in total.
