The reason that you cite for voting NO actually does not support voting NO

Do you claim that the YES side plastered the campus with YES posters while the NO side did not plaster the campus with NO posters? It seems clear that BOTH sides plastered the campus with posters.

The only statements that I saw on YES posters were that a large part of the money taken from students go toward administration. This statement is true. If the posters claimed something else that indeed was a lie, please share.

On the other hand, new NO posters (the ones with the pi-graph) say that they spend a small percentage on administrative costs, with weird small print underneath. I assume the small print under the graph makes clear what the NO team means, making it not a lie. Whether this assumption is true or not, however, the fact remains that most of the money taken by WPIRG DOES go toward administration, a known fact to anyone with or against WPIRG. So while NO side probably did not lie on it's poster either, it did mislead.
