"sheer number of rules" broken

So why has the No team not been disqualified? I have walked to class,
noticed Yes posters up, and then when I leave class, they're mysteriously
gone. I have seen defaced Yes posters. Sure, No was fined, but shouldn't
they have been disqualified by now too?

So how does one go about forcing FEDS to be impartial and objective?
