If you know where to look, such as the council mailing list, and probably online.

The, let me make sure I get this right, "Yes" Committee was disqualified for poster tampering (yes a hard judgement call to make). This mean "Yes" had to take down there posters with in 48 hours, but they then appealed the decision, but it unclear on what grounds, or what happened to that. Either way 48 hours and a bit later, all the poster from the "Yes" side are still up, leading to the requirement of further action, hence this decision to make the referendum invalid. This was then appealed, the result of which might already be known, but not by me.
