Are you serious, 'it appeared to have no signs of being removed and re-affixed'???? What the heck kind of decision is that? Seriously, masking tape is so easy to remove without making it appear that it was removed(even from a poster/paper). I understand if it was like duct tape!!!! How the heck could they know that that someone on the NO side didn't do this themselves??? I just can't believe this and I do not have any faith in FEDS at all at this point. From now on I"m going to get all my refunds from everything, i'm no longer going to support FEDS.
