Taking a look at it now.
It looks like both sides were fined, the yes side more, for pretty trivial infractions.
I'm not reading anything that justifies shutting down the entire referendum. I'm reading what might be grounds to appeal a decision, but the fact that the entire thing was shut down before students even had their say is somewhat concerning.
