ESA is dissovled
Authored by: Albert on Friday, April 22 2005 @ 04:26 PM CDT
The ESA, the entity which is a Feds Club is dissolved if Feds doesn't recongize it. The Embassy parent organizatoin, and the students involved can continue doing stuff in a certain capacity, but the entity known as the ESA is gone for now. As, in the absense of other agreements, Feds Clubs are entirely dependant on being recongized by Feds, since there assest become the property of Feds when they are no longer recongized by the Feds, it is safe to say they are dissolved when no longer recongized.

Feds does have the capacity to driectly recongize and arm of a external organization as a feds club, in which case not being recongized wouldn't really mean it is being dissolved. The ESA though was just a Feds Clubs which was the student presence if Embassy. I do not believe agreement existed about the assets of the ESA not become the Feds (or this case debts). Though I gather the ESA used assets owned by Embassy fairly often.
