I want to take a cs again

I need to take one extra math course. I took cs134 but my advisor told me I am ineligible to take cs 122. I need to get a 125% in a course to graduate with the average I need. Cuz marks are everything. Without that 125% average, I can't do my PhD in poonani studies.
