| [RDC] studentlifecentre.com - call for writers |

studentlifecentre.com is a new independent website (weblog) about student life at the University of Waterloo.
We'll be launching officially in September and we're looking for
* co-editor (run the website, write a bit, help us grow)
* contributors (keep a pulse on campus talk, attend events, be funny/snarky/witty and write 3-7 posts a week)
* designers (banners, on campus advertising)
* volunteers (occasional help, planning SLC events)
slc.com hopes to show UW students that campus isn't as boring as they think - cool things do happen here, and to be a collective voice for our very disjointed and disconnected student body. We're new and still trying to find our place on the intarweeb.
Depending on your involvement, this could be a paid gig, but not until we start accepting advertising. Perks will be distributed as our resources grow.

It appears that someone is trying to make money off of UW's students. My bet is that they're already immune from the current fleecing they receive from their own school. I give the site six months.
