Elmasry offers apology, resignation

UofT solar car driver dies after crash [CP, NP]

A U of T student died after an accident in the school's solar car, which he was driving just outside Waterloo according to the Canadian Press story in the National Post. UW has a solar car team, Midnight Sun, whose first car was knocked off the road by a pickup truck during a race in 1990.
